Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Pending Self-Service Approvals Section

This section on the Reassign Pending Items screen lists changes to an employee's Total Talent Profile that he or she submitted for approval.

Contents

Field Description
Employee The name of the employee profile that was changed.
Attribute The field name of the Total Talent Profile attribute that was changed.
Previous Value The attribute value before the change was made.
New Value The value entered in the field on the profile, which requires approval.
Effective The date the change will become effective.
Reason for Change The reason the employee gave for making the change.
User The name of the employee or manager who made the change.
